With hotel transaction team experience of over $5 billion, Greenwich Hotel Group has one of the most senior, qualified, creative and energetic teams in the industry today. Focused both domestically and internationally, the team is headed by Neil Teplica, Managing Director. Mr. Teplica previously founded the hotel division of Jones Lang Wootton USA (now Jones Lang LaSalle) and has been a hospitality real estate specialist since 1986.

ADVISORY SERVICES
Hotel real estate is a very complex business. Value can easily depend 50% or more on property positioning and management execution. The Greenwich Hotel Group is very experienced and adept at working with owners and developers to determine hotel properties' highest-and-best use, and to execute to achieve value optimization.
Value-Added Advisory Services (including performing assets, repositionings and developments) - Greenwich's deep understanding of hotel markets and operations enables us to assist our clients with identifying asset management opportunities and value creation for optimal asset performance and profit maximization. The Greenwich team has successfully provided support to owners with operator selection, asset and project management, space programming, project costing, departmental profit maximization and expense reduction analysis, cash flow and market scenario analysis, repositioning budgeting, renovation consulting, management contract negotiation and restaurant lease negotiation. Greenwich can integrate with an owner's or lender's team for a long period or short period of time, as needed.
Transaction Advisory Services - Greenwich's experience in arranging and executing complex capital markets transactions including acquisitions, divestitures and complex capital raises, enables it to provide buy-side and sell-side support through an array of due diligence procedures and creative financial arrangements, as well as through debt restructurings.
INVESTMENT BANKING
Capitalizations and Recapitalizations - Leveraging its capital markets expertise, the Greenwich team is skilled in the structuring and execution of complex capital transactions representing both buy-side and sell-side clients. The Greenwich team has successfully arranged complex debt financing (including "B" pieces), mezzanine and other innovative debt solutions, preferred equity and joint ventures.
Investment Sales - Capitalizing on Greenwich's multidisciplinary approach and extensive market reach, the firm has successfully assisted owners with dispositions of hotel assets.
