OVERVIEW
The Greenwich Group International has created a multitude of joint ventures in recent years for both new developments (see Development Funding Tab) and for recapitalizing properties or portfolios (see Recapitalizations Tab).

Property types have included all real estate asset classes: office, retail, industrial, multi-family residential, hotels, mixed-use projects and master-planned developments.

The joint venture equity partners have included investors from around the world, including those from Europe, Asia, Australia, as well as the United States.

Since its inception, The Greenwich Group has placed emphasis on providing a first-class equity-raising service for both developers and existing owners of quality real estate. This joint venture equity has taken the form of traditional equity as well as mezzanine financing. Creative deal structuring in capitalizing a project starts with these equity tranches, which are critical to the investment process.
