Greenwich Group International was formed in 1995 by the original managing partners of Jones Land Wooten (JLW) USA after JLW merged to become Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL).

The founding partners vision was to create a pre-eminent boutique real estate investment banking firm, focused on international flows of capital into US Real Estate.

Since inception, Greenwich has successfully undertaken more than $45 billion in real estate equity/debt financings, sales, and fundraising activities, and has worked on some of the largest development projects in the nation.

Today, Greenwich operates from three US offices in major gateway cities, and maintains strong ties to the capital markets of Asia, the Middle East and Europe through years of experience in originating overseas capital for US Real Estate.
