On a select basis, Greenwich will market investment property for sale, adopting an investment banking approach rather than a pure brokerage approach. 


Our primary aim is to provide execution certainty at the highest possible value for our clients rather than sell as many properties as possible to achieve highest volume and profits for the intermediary.  In many instances, Greenwich has achieved far higher prices through this process vs a more traditional brokerage approach.
