Gerry Casimir is a Managing Director with extensive US commercial real estate investment experience that extends over 30 years comprised of a number of senior positions related to various investment fund structures and property types.

Prior to joining The Greenwich Group International in 2023, Mr. Casimir was the Managing Director-Head of Strategy & Operations with Cushman & Wakefield’s Real Estate Asset Management Group. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Mr. Casimir was with TIAA (Nuveen) where he held various positions including Managing Director-Head Portfolio Manager of a real estate investment fund with approximately $25B of assets under management, Managing Director-Head of US Real Estate Asset Management for various funds consisting of approximately $55B of assets under management comprised of office, retail, industrial, multi-family, storage and student housing, Senior Director-Head of Asset Management for the Northeast Region, Senior Director-Head of Acquisitions for the Northeast Region amongst a number of other positions​.
